Who we are
Wheelbase Studio, Office 1, Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, Birmingham B1 3NJ. You can reach us at hello@wheelbasestudio.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you send us: usually your name, business name, email address, phone number and website, and what you tell us about your business. When you press Send on our contact form, your message is emailed to us. Nothing is saved on the website itself.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to give you a quote and, if you become a client, to build and look after your website. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we never sell your details.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare runs this website and passes on messages from our contact form and emails sent to our address. Google (Gmail) holds our emails. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months. Client records: 6 years after the work ends, for tax purposes.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them: just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
